Online Order Return Policy
Due to COVID 19 restrictions ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. We will happily accept exchanges within 2 days of receiving your item on the same product only if your size is in stock. If the item is defective or you have received the wrong item then contact us for a resolution.
Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

We strive to work with the best designers who offer quality products at affordable prices. We thoroughly inspect all items when we receive them, but sometimes we miss something. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email at email@example.com so we can take care of it. We want you to love everything you purchase.
Online orders will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days from date of purchase. After processing, the shipping time frame will be based on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipped orders will be sent via USPS with a tracking number (US only). We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but may charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned.
Free Customer Pick-Up Policy
Orders purchased online for in-store pick-up before 4 pm will be ready for pick-up by the end of the same business day. Pick-up orders that are purchased after 4 pm, after normal business hours, or on non-business days will be available for pick-up by end of day on the next business day. You will receive an email or phone call when your order is ready for pick-up. We will give you the pick-up location at that time.
